For years, the debate over COVID-19 vaccines has centered on mandates—who should be forced to take them and who should be allowed to refuse. But now, the conversation is shifting. Instead of just fighting mandates, lawmakers and political leaders are pushing to ban the vaccines outright.
While I will refer to them as "vaccines" for the sake of discussion, it’s important to note that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that they do not meet the legal definition of a vaccine. This distinction is more than just a technicality. It reinforces what critics have argued from the start: these gene therapy products were misrepresented to the public, rushed to market under questionable circumstances, and promoted with promises that quickly fell apart.
