On Monday, March 27, 2023, it was announced that myself and Sigal Chattah, ESQ., have filed a 3rd lawsuit against the Washoe County School District (WCSD), the Board of Trustees, and Superintendent Dr. Susan Enfield. This lawsuit is in regard to the WCSD Administrative Regulation 5161, Gender Identity and Gender Non-Conformity, Students.
