Is Etsy Allowing Child Trafficking on their website?

There are a lot of suspicious listings on Etsy that have people wondering if child porn or children are for sale for sex on the e-commerce site.

Can someone please explain to me what Etsy is doing selling four-thousand-dollar pizzas with children posing in front of them?
