A Salute to Fathers

Today’s about recognizing the men who show up every day, put in the work, and do what needs to be done.

It’s about the men who lead by example—who teach through actions, not just words.

I want to acknowledge my dad, Dr. Warren Gilbert—a Marine—who’s always demonstrated what it means to handle responsibility, stand strong, and never quit.

Here’s to all the men out there who keep showing up.
